Storage Agreement Name * First Last * Last Email * RV Year/Make/Model * RV VIN * RV License Plate # * Acknowledgement of Risk * The RV Owner acknowledges and agrees that storing an RV at the storage facility involves certain risks, including but not limited to, theft, vandalism, fire, flood, storm damage, rodent damage, acts of God, or other causes of damage or loss, and that the Storage Facility Owner does not and cannot guarantee the safety or condition of the RV while stored. Release of Liability * The RV Owner hereby voluntarily releases, waives, and discharges Fireside RV Rental – Belleview, FL and Storage Facility Owner, RV Tow Pro Service & Hitch, its agents, employees, heirs, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, theft, damage, or destruction to the RV or its contents while on the premises, whether caused by negligence, accident, or otherwise. Insurance * The RV Owner acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to maintain adequate insurance coverage for the RV and any personal property stored inside. The Storage Facility Owner does not provide insurance coverage for any RVs stored on the property. Indemnification * The RV Owner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Storage Facility Owner and Fireside RV Rental – Belleview, FL from any claims or demands arising from the RV Owner’s use of the storage premises, including any damage caused by the RV to the facility or to other property stored on the premises. Termination * Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the RV Owner must remove the RV within 3 days or may incur removal and/or storage fees. Payment I understand the storage fee is $75 per month, depending on the RV size and I agree to keep a card on file to be directly billed for storage Entire Agreement * This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the liability release.
